Return & Exchange
For Return: We only accept the item in original condition, brand new and undamaged for return. Please contact us first and state the reasons for return within 7 days of receipt. Then we will communicate by email, and when you get the return address, you should send back the item by 100% safe air transportation. And we do not take any responsibility for damages during the return process. And you should pay for all the charges are produced by return process. And the shipping fee and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
For Exchange: We only accept the item in original condition, undamaged and 100% new for exchange. At first, please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt. Please state the reasons for exchange and which item should be instead. (If there is the disparity in price, you should pay extra). Second, to obtain the exchange address by email, we strongly recommend you to use ensure delivery service to send back the item, and we do not take any responsibility for any loss or damages during the exchange process. Third, you should pay all the charges during the whole exchange process and another restocking fee. When we get the return item, we will ship out the exchange item as soon as possible (If there is the disparity in price, you should pay extra, then we will ship the exchange item out.).
For Cancellation: If your order already was dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it. You must return the parcel received for a refund. When we receive the return item, we will offer a refund in 7 business days. (All the shipping charges be paid by consumer, and the original shipping charge will not be refunded). If it is stopped on time before delivery, will no any cancellation fee, we will offer refund as soon as possible.
